The American Federation of Musicians'
and Employers' Pension Welfare Fund (Canada) was established primarily
as a result of collective bargaining between employers and the American
Federation of Musicians.
The Plan is registered under the
Ontario Pension Benefits Act, 1990 and under the Income Tax Act.
The registration number is 0215145. As the Plan is a multi-jurisdictional
plan, the pension legislation of the province in which a member
is employed will apply to them even though the Plan is registered
in Ontario.
